UPDATING MY TRAVEL eDIARY 12: A SPIRIT OF ITS OWN

BRAVEHEART IN SCOTLAND

May 21 to 24, 2015

        

        Flying with EASYJET, we arrived safely at Edinburgh, Scotland from Belfast. I always remember Scotland because of the movie BRAVEHEART, A William Wallace story, a Scottish warrior portrayed by Mel Gibson.

              

          The City of Edinburgh, one of my favorite cities in the world has a medieval Old Town, elegant Georgian New Town with gardens and neoclassic buildings and within the old town is lying the Edinburgh Castle.

            GET AROUND: Moving around the city is by foot and sometimes we took a coach going outside the city.

 

            ACCOMMODATION:  Castle Rock Inn located within the old town fronting the Castle.
